We had a great thanksgiving! First we made the trip to Carmen to have lunch with Vanessa’s Dad, grandparents and brother. After that we traveled up to Alva to have dinner with her grandmother, mother and brother.

After dinner we made the trip to Enid so Vanessa could get up in the morning to go shopping for some “Special Deals”. We stayed in Enid Friday and awaited OU clinching the Big 12 South championship. After OU won the ship we had dinner with my family and traveled back to Edmond to get ready for work on Monday.

Well I went to Enid to catch up with some old friends and Vanessa went up to Alva to see her family (and return a few empty home-made beer bottles Travis let us borrow) over the weekend. First I want to say thanks to Travis for letting us taste some of his delicious beer.

It was good to see the boys again. We were all happy to see each other and hang out.

OU was robbed on numerous plays within the last two minutes of the Oregon game which left us all pretty upset.

 Thats right we went to Spider Creek Resort at Beaver Lake Arkansas. I am goning to give you this snapshot of how nice it was and we will upload more pictures later. Did I mention we caught over 20 trout?

It is late on Friday night and Vanessa is asleep. I am attempting to get a new website created for us with a ton of new features so our family can stay connected and have an online interaction with us.
